Chaneila Consulting Group was built for the people doing the hardest work in the most broken systems, and burning out because nobody built anything to sustain them.
For years, Jasmine Jaquess watched the same pattern repeat itself across healthcare, social services, clinical practice, and community organizations. The professionals who cared the most were the first to crack. Not because they weren't resilient enough, but because the systems they were operating inside were never designed to support them.
The weight of a fractured healthcare system, disconnected services, and a workforce running purely on survival mode made one thing undeniably clear: the field was going through the motions. Doing the work without doing the work. And the people with the deepest expertise, the most powerful stories, and the most potential to actually change things, clinicians, social workers, community practitioners- were being bypassed, burned out, and pushed out of the very systems that needed them most.
Chaneila Consulting Group was founded to close that gap. Not to add another wellness program to a broken infrastructure. But to build the systems, programs, and frameworks that let mission-driven professionals and organizations actually do the work they came to do, without losing themselves in the process.

I didn't wait twenty years to decide I was ready to make a change. I waited until I couldn't ignore what I was seeing anymore.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree from Northwestern University and five years of clinical practice working with high-achieving Gen Z and millennial professionals, the empathetic, driven, deeply committed people who are exhausted from holding up systems that were never built to hold them back.
I built Chaneila Consulting Group because the gap I kept seeing wasn't a client problem. It was a systems problem. Clinicians are burning out. Organizations running on good intentions and broken infrastructure. Professionals with everything it takes to do transformational work are being swallowed by the very systems they were trying to fix.
I founded this firm to build what those systems are missing — and to prove that you don't have to choose between doing meaningful work and building something sustainable.
THE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE MODEL:
Chaneila Consulting Group is a for-profit firm with a reinvestment commitment. Every engagement funds expert-led consulting AND accessible programming for the populations who need this work most. We built it this way intentionally — because the communities most impacted by broken systems shouldn't be priced out of the solutions.
Iauniss Smith, MA
Outreach Coordinator
Iauniss brings a unique blend of leadership, organizational expertise, and a commitment to service to Chaneila Consulting Group. A proud mother and Army officer, she understands the value of discipline, adaptability, and teamwork in every role she takes on.
She holds a master’s degree in Sports Management and, while she looks forward to future opportunities to apply those skills, she currently dedicates her talents to supporting the growth and operations of Chaneila Consulting Group. In her role as Outreach Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, Iauniss ensures the team runs smoothly while helping expand the reach and impact of the consulting group’s programs and initiatives.
An active member of Zeta Sorority, she brings a strong sense of community, mentorship, and service to her work. Guided by her faith and dedication to helping others, Iauniss plays a key role in building the foundation that allows Chaneila Consulting Group to thrive.
