Voices of Healthcare: A Systemic Leadership Podcast

Season 1: June 18th

About the Show!

You're in the room. You see what's happening. You're doing the work nobody talks about, the deep, behind the scenes, keep the system from completely falling apart. And somehow you're still the one getting cut off, overlooked, and burned out.

Voices of Healthcare exists for you.

This is a podcast for healthcare professionals, social service workers, educators, consultants, and emerging leaders who are living inside broken systems and still showing up anyway. We are not here to recite statistics to you. We are here to have the conversations that actually happen in break rooms, parking lots, and group chats, the ones that are funny and frustrating and deeply necessary all at once.

Every episode is a real conversation with someone doing real work. We talk about what's working, what's not, what's absurd, what keeps us going, and what needs to change. Because the people closest to the problem are often the ones with the clearest vision for the solution, and they deserve a platform.

This is that platform.

Who This Is For

Healthcare and wellness professionals are in the thick of it. Emerging professionals are trying to determine whether this field is still worth it. Researchers, advocates, and leaders who believe systemic change starts with honest conversation. Anyone who has ever tried to do something good inside a broken system and thought, I cannot believe this is actually how this works.
